The deadline for submitting your project is September 1st, 2026 at 11.59 pm. Projects submitted after this time will not be considered.
Procedure:
- Go through the questions in the application form and download the template to fill in your budget.
Please make a copy of this Google Spreadsheet, fill in the budget in your browser, and share or copy the link into the designated field on the application form. - To submit the application form, you’ll need to create an account on our website. It’s quick and easy: simply sign up, click on the link sent to your inbox, and you’re ready to go! An added bonus: you can save your form as you go (no need to worry about losing your details!) or finish it at a later date.
- It might be useful to prepare your written application in an offline document, or in Google Docs. When you are content with your application and your budget, you can submit through this form.
- Deadline: 1st of September 2026 at 23:59
- Applications will be reviewed and selected between September 2nd, 2026 and September 30th, 2026.
- By October 9th, 2026, you will know whether your project will be supported.
- Are you selected? Then a personal interview will follow at the Danspunt office in Ghent to further explain your project. You will also receive an explanation of the support package and conditions.
