The performances of DANS door LEuVEN will be on Saturday 26th June, Sunday 27th June, Saturday 3rd July and Sunday 4th July 2021, at 5:30 pm, 7:30 pm and 9:30 pm. Heavy rain may cause cancellations, but we hope it won’t come to that.
Each promenade will start at the city map next to the fountain in Herbert Hooverplein and end an hour later at Hogeschoolplein.

For this dance project, Jennifer regidor combines small performances from her dance company Lune with a new concept: ‘LEuVENsweg’.
Dancers and movers in all sorts of styles and from all sorts of cultures in Leuven and the surroundings were asked via an open call to take part. They were prepared in an intensive workshop to act as guides who dance, accompanied by the downtown funky jazz notes of the brand-new street band Saxpack. The LEuVENsweg dancers take their audience with them to four short performances by Lune spread around the town centre of Leuven. These performances include work in progress from a new production, IKIGAI, which will be premiered on 1st April 2022. It is a creative process in which the dancers go in search of their goal in life.
Under the slogan ‘Apart for a While and Now Together Again’, DANS door LEuVEN will be bringing dance into your life, and may even get you dancing through Leuven.
