A short performance will take place every 48 hours, during which people are welcome to join me in person in the studio.
Sometimes the process of making an art work is the work itself. The final product is nothing but a "staging” of the process, and usually it’s the
artist’s desirable state of the work. This work is a durational performance. I will step into the studio and only leave it after two weeks. This experiment will be streamed on Twitch 24/7.
About Amine Mazhoud
Amine Mazhoud is an artist and performer based in Brussels. He grew up in Tunis, Tunisia, where he began practicing urban dance at an early age.
In 2019, Amine moved to Belgium to pursue a bachelor's degree in contemporary dance at PARTS, under the direction of Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker. He graduated in 2022, and since then, he has been dedicated to developing his own artistic identity. He is deeply influenced by earlier performance art works and his personal experiences.
