A performance about interrelationships and its dynamics through play, power affairs and seduction. Inspired by and featuring music from the ballet “La Gamme d'amour” by James Ensor.
About Le-Vis-Anjo
The collective Le-vis-anjo, consists of eight up-and-coming creators - Nolan Decreton, Lauryn De Ruyck, Celien Mertens, Louis Staquet, Annabel Van Acker, Tess Van der Sanden, Maïté van Genugten and Len Vanhove - further diving into the cultural landscape. It is not afraid to explore the depths of its various own (art) disciplines and then merge this into a greater whole. The paths of the tightly woven group crossed for the first time in 2020 in the creation of Electric Life, a choreography by Elisabeth Borgermans and Thomas Vantuycom. The trajectory of several years of touring at home and abroad led to the decision not to stop here, but to unite the forces already dormant in the group into a collective - to create a nourishing ground for everyone's strengths and find inspiration time and again in the forms each adds in a broader whole.
