Although physics was not everyone's favorite subject in high school, it is something that is constantly present. With this performance, the dancers want to explore the presence of physics and see how it affects the way they move. To do so, they reach back the to fundamental laws of nature that describe how objects move under the influence of forces, better known as Newton's laws.
1. An object remains at rest or in constant rectilinear motion unless an external resultant force acts on it
2. The resultant force on an object is equal to the mass of the object multiplied by its acceleration; F = m*a
3. When two objects mutually exert force on each other, these forces are equal in magnitude, but opposite in directionModern dance performance based on Newton's laws. Leuven.
