Onder begeleiding van choreograaf Maïthé Truyens De Wilde en stagiair (KASK) beeldend kunstenaar Aleks Iliev brengt Meer Dan Dans 'Gezouten'. Een bewegende expo/choreografische installatie.
Under the guidance of choreographer Maïthé Truyens De Wilde and visual artist Aleks Iliev (KASK intern), Meer Dan Dans presents ‘Gezouten’: a moving exhibition/choreographic installation.
Gezouten explores how bodies balance between excess and simplicity, between exhaustion and connection. In a world of constant speed and pressure to perform, this dance performance invites us to slow down. From a simple ritual, movement grows into excess, disruption and distraction, until only the desire to share and return to the essence remains. In that quest, a poetic ode to authenticity and connection in beauty unfolds.
Meer dan Dans (MDD) is a group of around 15 dancers that originated as a project by Bij De Vieze Gasten.
MDD is a collective of movers of different body types and ages. They approach dance as a process of learning, experimenting and growing together.
