TOGETHERNESS is an intimate dance- and movement investigation about security, togetherness and the search for your place in the whole. Around, on and in a white, breathing structure, there develops a game of constantly moving formations, from melting together to going our own way, from closeness to distance. Every touch, every move, lets us experience we are made from the same matter. What connects us, divides us too.
In TOGETHERNESS you are not only a viewer; you are swept away as a part of a temporary, shared cocoon - a place where the collective and the individual meet each other and sometimes become one.

Katrijn De Cooman (°1991) - graduated at the Theatre Academy Maastricht and KASK - is a multifaceted performer/creator with a love for movement theater. Her work balances between dance, theater and visual art, and has an inviting, playful character. She mostly creates under Collective Elan(d) (In between spaces, loving is allowed, I think we need to talk, RauwRouw) and also works as a freelance artist and theatre maker for different companies/organisations like O'Kontreir (De pest aan mij!), Oksana (I Forgot), Victoria Deluxe (Transit) and Kopergietery. As a facilitator for artistic projects, workshops and ceremonies (release circles and ecstatic dance), she wants to create a safe space where everyone feels free: in movement, creation and connection with others. Connection, movement and community form the common thread in everything she does.
Her work is inspired by her travels, body-oriented trainings and a deep interest in the human, group dynamics, space, material and ritual.
Michiel Agsteribbe (°1990) is a multidisciplinary artist within the the performing arts, audiovisual arts and visual arts, working under the name Mitchell A. Martin. He started acting in musicals from a young age (Oliver Twist, Peter Pan), and grew as a performer and creator throughout the years. He directed short films (Hangin' On, DITO) and theatre productions (Rabbit Hole, Psychosis 4.48, BENT). He teaches Spoken Word and Drama at DKO (D'Academie Sint-Niklaas, GO! Academy Willebroek), and is active in participatory or educational artistic projects.
