Wondering Water
On October 12 & 18 – Dance performance with live music at 4 PM on the indoor balcony, in the unique setting of the Campo & Campo art gallery and auction house, during the viewing days of the modern and contemporary art auction. On these days, my video installation will be on continuous display from 12 PM to 6 PM.
No ticket required, so make sure to come on time!
Wondering Water is an invitation to reflect. How does water flow within us? Choreographer and dancer Hanna Balke creates a world of movement, emotion, and nature. In her poetic dance performance with video installation and live music, she presents her exploration of how our body and life energy are connected to deeper layers of our existence.
Water brings sensitivity and transparency — a body experienced as a spiritual entity, moving from impulses and inspiration. Hanna seeks to transcend rationality through visualization, connecting to a world of feeling, freedom, and expression.

About Hanna Balke
Hanna is at the beginning of her artistic dance career as a choreographer, a journey shaped by years of dedication and the practice of diverse styles and experiences. Over time, she has developed a movement vocabulary that she now weaves into the stories she expresses through her dance and choreography. This unique language allows her to communicate emotions, ideas, and narratives in a way that is both personal and authentic.
This performance brings together her dance background, including contemporary dance, Flamenco, Butoh, African dance, and somatic practices.
