Through financial support, artistic and organisational coaching, and communication support, CODE DANS assists in the development of new or work-in-progress dance projects. From 2026, we will be splitting the open call into two: one for groups, and one for creators.<\/p>\n<p>Five editions have already taken place: 2021 (44 selected projects), 2022 (25 selected projects), 2023 (22 selected projects), 2024 (25 selected projects) and 2025 (29 selected projects).<\/p>\n<p>CODE DANS + came into being after the Flemish government decided to discontinue the \u2018Project grants for talent development in the amateur arts\u2019 and to instruct the nine amateur arts organisations to each distribute 50,000 euros.
