Application and procedure
The deadline for submitting your project is 7 September 2025 at 23:59. Projects submitted after this time will not be reviewed.
Procedure:
- You fill in the application form via Excel. Note! Both tabs must be completed: a content section and your budget .

Don’t have an Excel? Download the document via Google Spreadsheets & share it with us through the form.
- You have completed everything? Then submit your project via this form.
Make sure the file name is as follows: ‘Application CODE DANS+ – Your full name’
- Deadline: 7th of September 2025 at 23:59
- Applications will be reviewed and selected between 8 September 2025 and 19 September 2025.
- By 26 September, you will know whether your project will be supported.
- Are you selected? Then a personal interview will follow at the Danspunt office in Ghent to further explain your project. You will also receive an explanation of the support package and conditions.
